With diffrent sizes Samsung is aiming to please tablet consumers and now next month Samsung will reveal an 8.9-inch android-based tablet with Google's Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS said Yonhapnews reports.
Korean News Agency Yonhap is reporting that Samsung has an Android tablet 8.9-inch due in the first half of the year. At this time The 8.9-inch tablet doesn't have a name Samsung naming it Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9. Samsung 8.9-inch tablet will be launched in this first half of the year. The tablet could be launched with next month being the earliest. Also news source claims that Samsung 8.9-inch will run on Google's Android operating system, not sure about version but we feel it will be Android 3.0 Honeycomb as the recently annouced Galaxy Tab 10.1
By mid-year The 8.9-inch tablet is supposed to be introduced, suggested earliest date being March. Samsung 8.9-inch would be released in collaboration with mobile operators so most likely it will be subsidized and paired up with a mobile broadband plan. The device could use a dual-core Exynos or Nvidia Tegra processor or Hummingbird single-core.
